James CallIs: Florida photographer and now artist, James Callis is just getting recognized for his wildlife art. His photography has been displayed in the lighthouse at St. Marks, where very few artists have ventured. http://www.jwcallisarts.org/
Donna Leeward: Donna is a fifth generation Floridian, born and raised in Marion County. “I strive to capture the serenity and peacefulness I find in central Florida landscapes on a canvas using oil and acrylic paint. Painting on location can add so much more than just paint to a canvas.
There are many more things our senses pick up when we are there in the moment: smells, sounds, varying light, and infinitesimal color changes. As an artist, there is nothing to quite as astonishing as being able to express all of these sensory images when creating a piece of art and helping others find the serenity I feel while watching the scene emerge around me.” http://donnaleeward.com/
Bill Roberts: (as written on the StAugustine.com website, Jan. 14, 2016) Bill Roberts knew when he was 3 exactly what he wanted to be when he grew up: A real Cowboy. He spent his life fulfilling that dream, and along the way developed an eye and appreciation for images of rural Florida. Bill’s life experiences: his youth spent in the Everglades followed by 35 years as a transient cowboy and, more recently, as a fishing guide off the Levy County coast, have all inspired the art he now creates.
Susan Dauphinee: Susan Dauphinee pursued her art education at Ringling School of Art. She feels her most valuable experiences are endless hours of observation and painting of the landscape. She has taught numerous seminars and has exhibited in art shows and Galleries throughout Florida. Dauphinee has lived on a marsh in Cedar Key, FL for the past 22 years but will soon be moving to a home that she and her husband designed and built on the Suwannee River. Waste Management of North America, Walt Disney Corporation, Santa Fe Community College, Senator Bob Graham, and Adams Mark Hotel are just a few of her collectors. http://www.dauphineecottage.com/
Keith Martin Johns has been known for many years for his romantic landscapes of Florida’s natural wilderness, Keith Martin Johns began another journey. After receiving a Master of Fine Art degree he diversified his art in large format multi-figure narratives, still life, cityscapes, and portrait work. As a professional landscape and wildlife artist, Johns has painted over 500 images from around the state of Florida archiving over 400 into collectible limited edition Giclée prints. http://keithmartinjohns.com/
Leland Williams: You will be mesmerized by the exquisite detail achieved in Mr. William’s mixed media sculptural work that invites the viewer to examine the connection between industrial shapes of man made structures and the threatened representation of the natural world. His 2-D art includes oil pastel in miniature, composite, as well as panoramic presentations the subject is nature, comment, and hope. His artistic message is clear: respect, value, and protect the natural world that we have been given. http://lelandwilliamsnatureartist.weebly.com/
