The Cedar Key Historical Society board and members meet the third Thursday of the month at 5 p.m., at the second floor meeting room of the Andrews House behind the museum. Anyone interested in joining the Historical Society is encouraged to attend.

Florida's Nature Coast Conservancy board of directors meets at 3 p.m., on the second Thursday of each month. Members and others interested in this land trust are welcome to join the meeting at the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Laboratory on SR 24.
Pet spaying clinic - low cost

Join Cedar Key’s seasoned population for lunch, where laughter, fun and stories of yesteryear abound. Senior lunch is every Monday and Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Christ Episcopal Church at the corner of SR 24 and 5th Street. Lunch is free and all are welcome.
Toastmasters and Gavel Club
The Cedar Key Toastmasters Club and Gavel Club have a joint meeting the third Sunday afternoon of July and August, from 4-5 p.m. at the library. Cedar Key Yoga Group – instructed by Mary Inskeep meets every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9 a.m. at the Episcopal Parish Hall. Wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat. The series will begin by slowly limbering up the body and then accelerate after the holidays.
