For the third consecutive year, Levy County is expected to get a “B” when it comes to education. The Florida Department of Education released its annual school grades last week, and area schools that had their grades reported overall performed well. Levy County was given a preliminary grade of a “B.” Final district grades will be released once high school grades are finalized this fall. “I think we did a good job of instruction and working on our curriculum standards,” said Bob Hastings, Superintendent of the School Board of Levy County.
