On Saturday, Sept 22, Cedar Key Lions members and volunteers commemorated its sixth year of Adopt-A-Highway trash pick-up along the two miles of Hwy. 24 leading to the No. 4 Bridge. Lions’ coordinator Rory Brennan said, “In our first six years, the Lions have collected an estimated 1.32 tons of trash along our adopted stretch of Hwy. 24.
