Cedar Key Lions throw a party to thank town for 40 years of support

The Cedar Key Lions Club thanked the town for 40 years of support with an Ice Cream Social on March 24th. From 4 to 7 p.m. the Cedar Key Community Center rocked and partied to the music of the Cedar Key's Dock Street Band while residents of all ages, from babies to great grandparents, enjoyed eating ice cream and cake, dancing, and receiving birthday party balloons as well as a free Cedar tree seedling as part of the Lions' "Put the Cedar Back in Cedar Key" initiative.
