The 3rd annual “Hutch” Hutchinson’s Legacy Poker Run on Saturday, Sept. 14, will benefit the Haven Hospice Tri-Counties Care Center in Chiefland.

Riders will begin the run at 9:30 a.m. at the Haven Hospice Attic Resale Store in the shopping center at U.S. Highway 19 and 129 in Chiefland.

There will be stops at Jamerson-Sheffield American Legion Post 91 in Bell, Keg Room in Branford, Hammerheads in Live Oak, Phish Heads in Lake City, Great Outdoors Restaurant in High Springs, McKenzie’s Four Corners in Bronson and the Gathering Table Restaurant in Chiefland. The ride will finish up at the South Chiefland Shopping Plaza with an after-party.

Participants will collect cards along the way for the chance to win best and worst poker hands. Best hand wins a three-night cabin stay at the Blue Ridge Motorcycle Campground. There will also be prize drawings, a 50/50 drawing and live music. The cost is $15 for drivers and $5 for each passenger or each additional hand. For one additional hand, you can bring a donation to the Haven Hospice Attic Resale store.

If you are not a motorcycle rider, but still want to join the fun, you can register to drive your car to each of the stops to claim your cards and build your poker hand.
